Frequently asked questions
A: Renewal payments for Dance and Cheer Fitness are due on the Friday immediately following your child's last session. Each session consists of four classes.
To ensure fairness, spots that are not renewed by the end of day Friday will be offered to the next student on our waitlist.
If the renewal deadline is missed, we encourage you to register for Waitlist Registration to secure a spot if one becomes available.
As openings occur, we will contact families in the order registrations were received.
Example:
- Session Start Date: Thursday, September 4th
- Session Due Date: Friday, September 26th.
This process helps us manage our program efficiently and fairly for all students.
If spaces are still available after the deadline, a $10 late renewal fee will be applied to the monthly renewal to maintain enrollment.
A: Dance and Cheer Fitness runs as a year-long program designed to support consistent growth and skill development. Each session includes four classes, offering a well-rounded learning experience in both dance and cheer.
While the program itself spans the full year, enrollment is flexible. Students can renew their participation on a monthly basis. This means new students can join at any point during the year (based on availability) and continue building their skills through ongoing, regularly scheduled classes.
A: Your child is not officially enrolled until the registration process is fully completed, which includes submitting the required program fee.
Registration forms submitted without payment are treated as contact registrations only and do not guarantee a place in the class.
To officially enroll your child in Dance and Cheer Fitness, please complete the payment as soon as possible.
If you need help with the payment process, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
No. Joining the waitlist does not ensure placement in the program.
Our waitlist is managed on a first-come, first-served basis. As spaces become available, individuals are contacted in the order in which they joined the list. Once you are contacted, you will have the opportunity to secure a spot by completing the required enrollment steps within the designated timeframe.
This process ensures fairness and consistency for all prospective participants.
If you have any questions or need assistance regarding the waitlist, please feel free to contact our support team.
A: Our system allows waitlisted families to select the “next available date” in order to maximize the chance of securing a spot should an opening occur.
When a student withdraws and a space becomes available, individuals who have selected the next available date are automatically moved forward in the queue. This helps streamline the process and ensures that openings are filled promptly and fairly.
If you have any additional questions or need assistance with the waitlist process, please feel free to contact our support team.
A: Once you are notified that a spot has become available, you have 24 hours to accept the waitlist placement.
This timeframe helps us manage class sizes efficiently and ensures that other waitlisted clients have a fair opportunity if a spot becomes available.
We encourage you to monitor your email and text notifications closely and respond promptly to secure your place in the class.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our team for assistance.
