To ensure fairness, spots that are not renewed by end of day Friday will be offered to the next student on our waitlist.
If the renewal deadline is missed, we encourage you to register your child for Waitlist Registration to secure a spot in the event an opening becomes available.
As openings become available, we will contact you in the order in which your registrations been received.

Start date: Thursday, September 4th
Renewal Date: Friday September 26th.

A: At Dance and Cheer Fitness, you have 24 hours to accept a waitlist position once you have been notified.
This time frame allows us to manage class sizes effectively and provide opportunities for other waitlisted clients if a spot becomes available.
We recommend keeping a close eye on your email and or text notifications and promptly responding to ensure your spot in the class.

A: At Dance and Cheer Fitness, we understand that occasionally, unexpected circumstances may delay your timely pickup. For the benefit of our staff and the smooth operation of our programs, we have implemented a Late Pickup Policy. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible by calling Coach Parks.
Our policy includes a grace period of 5 minutes past your scheduled pickup time.
After the first late infraction a courtesy reminder will be sent via Email and or Text communication.
After the second late infraction a fee of $10 will be added to your upcoming renewal.
After the third late infraction an Email and or Text communication regarding student release from the program will be issued.
